Puga

The second mission church planted by La Fuente Ministries is located in Puga.  This mid-size town is located roughly 30 minutes outside of Tepic and is built primarily around the sugar cane industry.  The work in Puga has not been without adventure as strong opposition from some of the townspeople tried to block the church from being started.  Despite some of these obstacles the church was founded and even able to buy a building in the center of town.  Puga is quickly approaching their fifth anniversary and has seen growth in all areas of ministry.  The church is filled with many hard working families who come together several times throughout the week for various activites.  Puga is led by Pastors Jonathan and Sarah Huerta.  Thank you for keeping Puga and the community in your prayers
