La Fuente has a wonderful leadership team that gives oversight to the ministry. The team members have invested their heart and soul in this ministry.

As Pastor of All Nations Christian Center Pastor Schott leads a growing movement of young pastors and leaders. As Dwight and Mary Hansen’s pastor he has covered this ministry from the start. His prophetic ministry and fatherly care has provided vision and stability to us.

The Founders of La Fuente Ministries, Dwight and Mary Jo are missionaries with over 24 years of missions' experience. In addition to pastoring the growing congregation in Tepic Mexico they minister in many churches and schools to develop pastors for church planting.
Pastor Ron Smedley
As Pastor of Community Christian Center in Los Angeles for 25years and director of Free at Last Ministries Inc. Pastor Smedley brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to our leadership team.
Pastor Keith Durkin
Keith and Maya Durkin have been serving with La Fuente Ministries since its inception 7 years ago. Keith has been a missionary for over 17 years serving in several parts of Mexico and Latin America. Pastor Keith serves as Associate Pastor in the church in Tepic Mexico.
The number one need for a great church is a great pastor. Unfortunately new churches cannot support their pastor until they grow enough. As a result we need funds to supplement the income of National Pastors.
Teams travel to the new churches over treacherous roads a few times a week. We desperately need vehicles like vans and trucks in order to be there each time church opens.
Our girls home is a great blessing and a constant need. We need monthly income to pay food, housing and staff for Nana's House.
